The mission of SEA is to serve as a linkage between schools, universities, government agencies and the private sector in creating exemplary community-based educational experiences for youth of all ages. SEA's principle method of instruction is to actively engage students in hand-on, real-world learning experiences on and around the waters of northwest Washington.
